We have had to pleasure of working with Be The Future to help them design and create their interactive learning space.

In partnership with Ascentae, this innovative project has been funded by Innovate UK to implement immersive technology in playful, educational environments. The pilot phase has been installed at our headquarters in Huddersfield which uses a variety of interactive technology solutions including state-of-the-art Active Floor.

This project is dedicated to increasing children’s engagement with climate solutions and nature through innovative interactive technology that seamlessly integrates with the curriculum. It aims to explore how immersive tools, such as Active Floor, can support educators by reducing stress, improving classroom dynamics, and enhancing the overall learning experience. Alongside assessing the impact of technology on student engagement and knowledge retention, the project will also evaluate teachers’ needs to help shape a sustainable and effective curriculum.

The Active Floor solution transforms learning by combining movement, collaboration, and play to create a highly interactive environment where children learn through hands-on experiences. By encouraging teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving, this approach not only reinforces key curriculum concepts but also helps students develop essential social and cognitive skills. With its immersive design, Active Floor makes learning more engaging and enjoyable, fostering deeper participation and enhancing educational outcomes.
